The Garden Center Yard Crew member at Breezy Hill Nursery & Garden Center supports outdoor sales, material handling, and yard operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service. This role works primarily in the tree and bulk materials yard, assisting customers with the purchase and loading of bulk materials, trees, shrubs, and perennials. Yard Crew members help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked holding yard while supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, and occasional installation assistance.

We’re currently hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers with basic mechanical skills. Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of experience, a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement, and the ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, tractors, and mini excavators.

A working knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair is important for this role. Flexibility for occasional weekends and second shift is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.
