This role blends creative design with hands-on project management, guiding landscape projects from consultation through final installation. The designer develops plans, prepares estimates, and works closely with crews to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations. We’re currently hiring experienced Landscape Installation Foremen and Landscape Crew Laborers at both our Salem, WI and Menomonee Falls locations.

The Foreman role requires strong plant identification knowledge and hands-on experience installing both green and hardscape materials. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable team players with industry experience; a CDL license is a plus.

CDL Driver
Full-Time • Salem, WI & Menomonee Falls, WI

We’re currently hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers with basic mechanical skills. Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of experience, a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement, and the ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, tractors, and mini excavators.

A working knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair is important for this role. Flexibility for occasional weekends and second shift is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.
